Dillon, Montana now has a spacious new recreational facility, featuring a caring and experienced staff and a long list of apparatus and training equipment to create an excellent space for kids to be while learning gymnastics, freestyle movement, and more. We also have a birthday party area where we host family friendly indoor birthday parties! The gym is located in the heart of Dillon on the ground floor of the former IGA grocery store with the entrance facing Idaho Street and Jaycee Park.
Bair Foot Gym is operated by Sara Bair and has come to be as a result of over 30 years of being involved in and loving the gymnastics world. Sara has coached and mentored thousands of children over her long career. She is the head coach and director and is supported by a wonderful staff who shares her vision for the children of southwest Montana!
Bair Foot Gym's goal is to teach sports in a safe and fun environment and to raise every student's level of body awareness and self-esteem. We work hard for our space to be a place full of love, patience, understanding, inclusion, growth, and fun. All lessons at Bair Foot Gym are designed to give each student a solid foundation that will help them in all forms of physical activity and sports. Students involved in our program will receive training geared to their physical ability, sport skill level, and self confidence. Sports skills are taught in a safe, progressive system, beginning with the simplest moves and progressing to more complex skills as the student's strength and abilities advance. Strength, confidence, resilience, courage, grit, fortitude, power, and the knowledge that they can do hard things are a few of the characterisitcs we hope to instill into every person wo comes to our facility.
