BOOK A PARTY AT BAIR FOOT GYM:

  • There are 2 party package options: Basic and All- inclusive. Please read over our package options and pricing breakdown based on how many children are attending.
  • If there is more than one Birthday Child, there will be a $10 up charge.
  • If you plan on having more than 20 children at the party, there will be an additional $10 charge for each child over 20. With a max of 25 children.
  • Parties can be scheduled on Fridays between 4pm-8pm or Saturdays between 10am-12pm or between 4pm-8pm.

PRICING:

  • When booking the party, you will be given a final party total. This amount is due before the day of the party.
  • Failure to pay will result in a party cancelation. 
  • You can pay through your Bair Foot Gym account, @bairfootgym VENMO, or give cash or check directly to Sara. 
  • Please do not give payment to any coaches, except the owner/head coach Sara Bair.
  • If for any reason the party has to be canceled with less than a weeks notice, $100 is non-refundable and the rest will be refunded to you.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS TO ATTEND A PARTY AT BAIR FOOT GYM:

  • If the birthday child or any other children in attendance have never been to the gym before, they will need to have a parent/guardian sign our liability waiver. Those will be provided at the gym at the time of the party.
  • Please have all children wear athletic/safe attire. No zippers, snaps, buckles, etc. T-shirts, shorts, leggings, and leotards are all great options. AND NO JEWELRY OF ANY KIND!
  • All party attendees must stay in the lobby with all food and drink. No food allowed in the gym area. No exceptions.
  • If the child is under the age of 5, the parents/guardians must stay with them during the party.
  • There are no parents/guardians allowed on the equipment at any time for safety reasons.

PARTY OUTLINE:

  • This is a general outline of how we like to run the parties- Children arrive, wash hands, do warm-up exercises, play introduction games, wash hands, sing happy birthday, have treats, cake, etc., open presents, play games/free play until children get picked up.

  • Plates, napkins, cups, etc.

**For all-inclusive parties, WE NEED AT LEAST 2 WEEKS NOTICE! We need to know how many children will be attending the party at least 2 weeks in advance. This is so we can order supplies and prepare for that number of children.

 

Other Types of Parties:

  • Our lobby space is also available to reserve for other types of parties such as, baby showers, bridal showers, family gatherings, work dinners, etc.
  • We charge anywhere from $70-90 per hour to reserve our lobby area and use our tables and chairs.
  • If you would like to have the gymnastics equipment available to children during your event, it will be an additional charge to have a coach there to keep the children safe.
  • We have rectangle tables, round tables, chairs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, sound system, LED lights, and children’s toys/books available for use during your event.

Table and Chair Rentals:

  • We have tables (round and rectangle) and chairs avalibale for rental when they are not being used for events at Bair Foot Gym.
  • There will be a deposit required to reserve the tables and chairs. 
  • Tables are $10 each and chairs are $1 each for a 24 hour rental.
